Paul joined NCN Electric as our CEO in November of 2020. Paul holds the responsibility of ensuring NCN’s positive workplace while providing unparalleled service to its customers. With his 20 years of leadership experience, Paul brings with him an unprecedented visionary, a change leader, and communicator to NCN Electric.

Clayton Doing
Vice President of Operations
Clayton has a lifetime of experience in the electrical industry as a multi-generational electrician. His earliest experiences are in the field. Clayton has worked on everything; from small fixes to hi-rise constructions he knows every detail. His extensive background and knowledge allows NCN Electric to offer competitive proposals in various niche markets.

Thomas Swoboda
Controller
With many years of experience in financial management and accounting, Thomas brings a wealth of expertise to NCN Electric. As Controller, he oversees all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring NCN Electric’s financial health and operational efficiency.

David Hutcherson
Director of Business Development
Originally from Kentucky, David holds a BS from the University of Louisville and over 25 years of career experience in the electrical industry – But David has been exposed to the industry much longer. As a second-generation electrician, he started helping his father on projects as a young child, and quickly advanced. David oversees Preconstruction and Estimating departments and strategizes NCN’s calculated growth and development plan.

Peter Galvan
Senior Project Manager
A licensed electrician, certified in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, a veteran from 1989-1995 serving as a E4 Specialist in the Army in Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Panama, and Somalia, as well as a seasoned Project Manager with diverse experience spanning more than 25 years, Peter is an asset to NCN’s operations team. For the past 16 years, Peter’s experience has been in multi-family and hospitality construction including garden style projects, high-density, mixed use, and high-rises.

Myleena Hurtado
Executive Assistant & Estimating Coordinator
Myleena is a graduate of St. Petersburg College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Management. She has worked in the construction industry with experience in administrative work as well as estimating. She loves to hang out with her Golden Retriever Cane and going to Pilates on the weekends.

Cristian Doing
Estimator
Joining NCN Electric in 2022 as an Estimating Coordinator, Cristian has developed his knowledge in the electrical industry quickly moving into an Estimating role. Cristian is a third-generation electrician and has a strong desire to advance even further. Cristian is an avid soccer fan (football in most countries) and has played for the Olympic Development Team for the US.

Andy Alvarenga-Aguirre
Project Engineer- Apprentice Level III
Andy is a Project Engineer at NCN Electric. After spending three years as an apprentice, his strong passion for construction management led him to quickly transition into his current role. He is currently a student in Construction Management at State College of Florida. Outside of work, Andy enjoys hitting the gym—often to balance out his love for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Jacklyn McNicholas
Project Coordinator
Jacklyn is a dedicated and hardworking Project Coordinator with a strong drive for growth. Though new to the field, she has quickly adapted and demonstrated impressive progress in just a few months. Recently completing her CAPM course, Jackie is eager to expand her knowledge and expertise in electrical project management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two beloved boxers, Brandy and Bruiser.

Rafael Jaramillo
Project Manager
Rafael is a graduate of The Virginia Military Institute with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has worked in the Electrical Construction Trade specifically in Commercial and Multi-Family Projects. Rafael enjoys spending time with friends and family.
